camping food and idea for the campfire

Postby jimborelli on Mon Jul 12, 2010 10:02 pm

The sounds and smells of the surrounding woodland stir the imagination. Our stomachs rumble we start to think about what's for diner.
I've been going camping for years now but I have all ways been looking for new recipes and meals to cook when roughin it. Checking websites for recipes, ebooks and ideas for preparing and cooking food over the campfire. I recently stumbled across a book that was bursting with ideas.
It's called the 'Ultimate Campfire Kitchen and campfire guide'. I have attached this link if anybody is interested.

I would buy that book if it was avaialbe as a printed copy in the UK, not so keen on buying ebooks etc, I like to have something solid to show when parting with money :)

Eggy Chilli Crumpets sound so nice, I just know I'm gonna trying them in two weeks time in Wales :D :D

Thanks for that one

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
