I may have got carried away with my enthusiasm for my Coleman though..... 28 images uploaded
Shows the evolution of my gear within too - and all in just 12 months since buying the tent (ok a few items were already in use from previous tent, but the extra space had to be filled somehow, as I solo camp )

Thanks - I seem to have accumulated a lot of gear over the many years of camping overall, but a lot wasn't getting used until this tent came along and gave me the space to make use of it.... and then there was ebay in more recent months

The Icarus is my favourite as well. A few months ago we had a trip to the Alps with this baby and it was simply superb!! We were 4 of us and it was easily enough space for us boys.

You solo camp, with all that kit?!!

Now I don't feel so bad. My family all pick on me for the amount of stuff I take camping. But last weekend, we were all camped together (me in a Cabanon Chambord (must upload some pics) my brother, wife & 3 kids in trailer tent & my parents in their caravan) & every 5 minutes it was one of them coming up to me asking to borrow something!
The only thing I didn't have was a cheese grater, but I carry a very sharp knife instead.

One day we'll have to meet up & see who's carrying more stuff. I reckon you might just have the edge on me there, although my car's probably under more strain with the weight of the canvas frame tent in it.

I have to be very careful what I buy these days, as I'm getting very close to capacity
