Hi we have just purchased this tent from a well known internet tent company. We decided to erect the tent to check it over, and discovered in two places the sewn in groundsheet had been sewn into the side of the tent on both sides of the tent, (in small area on each side) and one tiny hole at the front of the tent in the door canopy. We purchased the tent just over two weeks ago.
What can we expect from the online retailers as to getting a replacement?? Can I asume its a straight forward case of sending out a new tent and the courier takes the old one?? Will the original tent be returned to Sunncamp as a manfactoring fault???
We feel we have spent quite alot on the tent and it must be right
