Mmmm i like the look of this ..... just wonder how it would stand up to a good gale

In theory the tent might flatten a bit but should come back .... and there are no poles to break ... interesting

I agree Rob, I'm quite looking forward to checking one out. I want to do a flying roll through one and see if it survives :rofl2:

I don't know if its me though, there's something too easy about it

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...

We camped next to a karsten this summer, they are the original inflatable tent i think, it looked brilliant, we didn't have any bad weather while we were there but the owners ( a dutch family) said they had had it years and it has stood up to some serious battering.

also when they moved moved pitch they just picked it up and carried across the site, classic.

That is a valid point  , also it could be good (if it don't take up much room packed away) for late arrivals or arriving in the rain, or even if you want to get off early and need a quick pack up, as a second tent along side your main tent. Like a spare tyre on a car I suppose.

We have one of these beauties at work and it can stand up to me, 13.5stone, leaning against one of the ribs with out much bending and it seems bloody solid. Cant wait to see the Velocity when we put it up
