Tent recommendation please..

Postby bigmel on Thu Sep 02, 2010 11:05 pm

Can anyone recommend a tent around the £200-£250..or cheaper..lol.. mark thats suitable for four ? So a six birth i would expect .

I was thinking of one with three bedrooms so i could use one for storage ..

Sewn in ground sheet ..

Suitable for use up to the end of October ...

Large liveing area and quick to put up (will only be used at weekends )

If the budjet is to low i,ll have to dig deeper :)

Basically the £60 one i bought is to small , no storage , no sewn in ground sheet and the liveing area to small for the four of us as we had some bags etc in there aswell

The one i have has two end bedrooms and a centre living area .......

Try the Kalahari 8

It's a big tent and on offer at Go outdoors for £200 reduced from £500

Has it been a slower year then, do you think the camping frenzy has dropped down a gear :| r

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
