ha ha! thats us sorted then! my girls love to eat frozen peas as if they were sweets! always grabbing a handful when walk past the freezer :)
We've bought ourselves a cool box from the same peops as the electric hook up and converter that was recommended right at the beginning of this thread. We really need it just to keep my hand cream cool and the girls milk. So Im hoping that'll be enough.

Thanks everyone for your help! Will let you know how we got on when we get back! :D

I reckon that'll do you just fine :cool:

Enjoy your trip, of course I'm not insanely jealous about you going off to my favourite place in the whole world for camping :tune:

France is made for camping, it's practically a national pastime.
4 Canvas tents (various sizes)
3 Plastic tents (various sizes)
& 1 Tin tent (yes, I'm a turn-coat, but it has a canvas awning)

My other passion;
My 1983 BMW 525e

Hi
Technology is going the way of the camper Thermoelectric or TEC cool-boxes until now were not really suitable for keeping medication in.the reason a tec can only be controlled by the amount of power you run it from so it works flat out all the time,and will freeze items in it on a cool night and struggle to keep food cool on Hot days.
But thanks to Waeco they have now developed a tec cool-box that can be controlled with different settings and a thermostat and with the use of a thermometer I have now used one for the last year to keep my medication cool and it works fine and is small and light in weight compared to a three way absorption fridge. The Waco Tropicoolbox http://www.caseysoutdoorleisure.co.uk/w ... x-29-p.asp and the small 14L one http://www.caseysoutdoorleisure.co.uk/w ... x-28-p.asp
Regards
Rex
