Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...

So Andy, not reviewed this one yet.. been thinking about it and was thinking about holding back until its been used in the field... unless you are happy for me to do a review now based on the testing at home... and then update it when its had its first outing?

I only just got that

I have been and picked it up this morning, and I am pleased with it even if it is bloody massive  . But its not bigger than the freezer bag and cooler fridge combined and will replace both.

You know, you would think people would clean something if they are selling it wouldn't you, it was filthy, I spent 15mins cleaning it and it looks really good now. I don't have the ice cube tray with it, but I can fashion one from home. Andy would you do a picture of your ice cube tray if you get chance.

As I say its big, as some of you are aware, so will get some comparison shots up later, will review it at IAT in a few days, going to try the gas side of it out first.

Wayne,

Did you get a manual? I only ask as i could see no way to connect to gaz? I think it may have never been used on Gaz before. their as a hole but covered with a sticker.. so i assume connection is behind that?

Some pics of how it connects would be great if possible? :)

Yes I did, I will scan them in and email them over to you later or in the morning, its only 6 pages but quite useful.

The gas connector is top right hand corner as you look at it from the back and it sticks out about an inch, see pictures below.

I am currently testing under 230v, going to try the gas tomorrow.

1658

1659

1660

If you don't have something sticking out about an inch (I tried to word it differently, really I did  ), then you may have the pipe connector in a bag and it needs screwing into the hole that the sticker is over.

I have only just noticed, but it looks like on the picture that mine also had a sticker over the gas point at one time.

P.S can you do a sub folder for the fridges in Kitchen gallery when you get chance Andy, I was looking for a picture of what it looks like inside and there don't seem to be one on the net,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yet :D

It looks like a basic 8mm threaded connector, I'm guessing there easy to get from the correct supplier.
