Sorry to be a pain but it's still telling me enter your path and file name

no pain.. honestly.. if its not working then i need to look at it.. so welcome your feedback..

Could you talk me through step by step what you are doing including what part of the site etc. etc. as thats not an error I have come across before..

I clicked on the link Gallery in the first post on this thread then found Outwell Michigan and clicked on that

I then clicked on New Image which brought up a page a bit like this.

I put Outwell Michigan L as the title
it had 1 in a box under and then a box to tick make file name image name but I left that un checked.

In the main body i pasted the photobucket link

Uner the big white txt box were a load of things for if you wanted to browse your comp and get the pictures straight off your files (mine aren't on this computer but older non used ones but all saved into my Photobucket account)

Then I just clicked Submit and it came back with please enter path and file name

I had no problems earlier when i was posting pictures onto the Pillaton meet thread.

ok thats the reason why.. few its not a problem.. i was a little woried you had found a bug then..

ok the gallery works a little differnt to a post within the forum..

post in the forum using the img tag as you have done so allready is for images hosted on another site. such us photobucket.. the forum post just pulls the image from photobucket and embeds it into the post.

The gallery on the other hand stores all the images on our server. so you have to upload them. i.e. from your computer. the main body that you pasted the photobucket code into is for you to add a description should you want to.

so if you want to share those photos the easiest way for you to do so with a forum post. if they are of a tent and you want them placed into a gallery then just make sure you post the details also such us make and model (inc year if you know?) I'll then transfer them over for you.

I'm happy to share the photos. nothing worse than looking at tents etc and only having the manufacturers photos to judge them from - plus i'm nosey and like looking at other peoples set ups and you can get some good idea from them too Much easier to see how big they really are and how much usless stuff oops that should be useful stuff you can get in them

I'm a stay at home mum (well apart from an hour as a dinner supervisor at the local primary) so have plenty of time to kill after Matthew Wright's finished
