May I suggest you pop over to Gloucester, not too far, about an hour away.
Have a look arounf Attwools indoor displays.
They have a end of season sale on .

Our youngest is 2 next Feb and we have a slightly different set up for him as follows.

Image
Junior Airbed, with raised sides stops him rolling out and keeps any drafts out.

Image
Vango Nitestar Midi Junior, a bit smaller that a standard sleeping bag allowing the smaller child a better chance to warm it with there body heat.

This is my little one at the camp-out in September. I also put a fleece blanket under the air-bed on top of the foam mat, you can never have too much insulation

I have only just brought this set up, it was its first outing in September and it should be good until he is at least 4 I think. Before i had the Nitestar baby and Camping Cot

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...

Oh and I meant to say about pumping them up

Before anybody jumps down my throat, this is just my opinion.

I don't like the 12v electric pumps and always use a 240v pump and in my opinion this one from Argos can't be beaten

But what if your not on EHU, then I take an Invertor, 150w would be enough for the electric pump.

Certainly looks a nice set-up Wayne, just as the previous one does which you're now selling I see...

Makes you wonder what everyone did back in the old days when all this stuff wasn't around eh?

Yeh true, although thinking back I remember we had a single airbed and footpump and it was a thing of wonder when my dad pumped it up. I remember it was really heavy, green and was cotton on the outside, almost like the Pollycotton tents. I guess my set-up now is basically re-engineering of the original idea.

That looks cool, and they say Karsen invented the blow up tent, this one can stand quite a bit of ground water too :tune:
