Even though we have yet to commit to the tent..we are thinking where to go...Tenby came up and as it was one of the 1st places we went 32 years ago, we thought we would return ...can any one guide us towards any good sites ? EHU will be a must

Have a look at Andy's camping diary, he went there at the start of this year.

Not sure how far it is from Tenby but I know he went there as we discussed it recently on another thread.

Vonny - how far would you be prepared to extend away from Tenby itself in search of an EHU campsite? I used to live down those parts and can find sites around a 'zone' based on distance. It is a relative thing down there - I stayed at St Davids a few years back and thought nothing of the 30 mile drive to Tenby as it avoided the over=priced more local sites.... Anything with "Tenby" in the title adds pounds to the tariffs.

I stayed at Tretio which is off the beaten track just outside St Davids. It may seem to visitors to be way off the normal tourist trail but I'm used to the area and it's not actually that far away from anything in all honesty?

Found another one more recently (it may have been from someone here, I can't remember to be fair) but it looks lovely and is another one off the normal trail...

Both have EHU available

Found some more within the area with EHU - looking at their websites it's getting awfully tempting to try some myself judging by some of the facilities
