Hello all,

Just a quick reminder about this coming weekend in case anyone is coming along. As the thread has gone dead I assume not but anyone would be most welcome.

Cheers

Well it was a great shame that no one else came along cos we had a perfect weekend. Great weather, site was excellent (not to mention cheap as chips), food in the pub was superb and we had a lovely walk around carsington water as well. Will def be going back.

I wanted to come, but it wasn't to be  , and the weather was so nice

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...

Its very accessible and close to Buxton, Longnor and Leek. The pub itself is cracking, a real gem.

This looks a great find, just what me and the kids are looking for this bank holiday. Cheers for the link

Make sure you book well in advance, it gets very full very quickly. The only thing I will say is that the loo's arent the best, they are serviceable but not outstanding. But then again it is cheap and cheerful
