HI,new to the site and i must say it looks good !!! We are in the throws of starting camping after 11 years of tintenting its time to have a go in a tent.....We are looking to buy a outwell oakland xl, whent to GO OUTDOORS to check one out and was impressed, it looks as if it has enough room for myself (Howard) and the wife (Pauline) and our three dogs Gypsy - Pennie and pebbie.....Cheers to all and happy camping :cool:

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
