Hiring a field - peaks/lakes

Postby Camping_Jo on Tue Apr 26, 2011 4:06 pm

Hi All

I have just had a fabulous weekend away with a group of 9 friends and 3 dogs in North Wales - the best bit is we had our own field so we could let our dogs off as they are very well behaved. We are looking to do this again but thinking peaks or lakes (or any where which is 2 hours from manchester) for a bit of a change in scenery.

So does anyone know of a campsite in the peaks or lakes or anywhere 2-3 hours from manchester where we can book a field for our group? We arent going till July so plenty of time - it will probably only be 6 tents and 12 people.

Thanks!

Hi, have you looked at the CL sites, you can book them through the C & C club ?
Happiness is packing your tent away dry & getting it back in the bag :-)
