That will also do

I have to admit that i have used a home made cable for the last 2 years but this year i am making a socket board with RCD and ......... dimmer for 2 pre wired lights.... :tune:

Now before anyone takes the urine at having tent lights on dimmers the reason is that on dark evenings when the weather is bad you want the lights up bright to read but when the little ones go to bed we can dim the lights down
Forgot to mention they are also remote control so we can turn them on and off from in bed .... us glampers ...never :tune:

Love it, remote control lights in a tent. That's so far beyond glamping there aren't words for it ;o)

As ive said this is our first yr with elec so i cant go daft on buying all the top quality stuff in one go, as ive read and seen on this thread earlier would this be the cheapest option i could get away safetly with?

What about a projector ?? we have thought about it, use a pc projector to project films onto a tent, only thing is, we don't have anybody with a white tent.. so that idea was put on hold, as for plasma, hmmmm, ideas.
