I did threaten to wrap the ******* poles around his head once, but it soon passed :rofl2:

You know, I do think part of the knack to putting a tent up is accepting that it doesn't take 2 people, but it does take 1 person with 2 sets of hands in two places.

If you accept someone's going to be the lead pitcher and then just do what they ask, rather than try and do something you see and think needs doing, things go smoother. Also if your gonna be a lead pitcher, you have to be clear about what bit your gonna do next and be sure your assistant ( ) is clear in what you want.

Also make sure you have read the :rules: , or watched the video and understood the video.

Seems like you've got that sussed Wayne.
Happiness is packing your tent away dry & getting it back in the bag :-)

 :rofl2: Well He dont remember much after 5 mins so its down to me to remember what we watched on the video and what mistakes we made last time. Im not the best person to deal with hot weather either when I get hot I get grumpy.

 Its not my fault if I forgot to tell him to loosen all the tab things at the bottom off first which now means the v pegs need digging out the ground as we only have the 8 that we need and 7 of them are now in the wrong place. I made sure that when we dropped it to pack away they all got loosened off so we dont make that mistake again.

See, voice of experience already

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
