Or anywhere recommended about 1.5 hours from Warrington Cheshire that i might get in at short notice ?.

I,m not a fussy person , just promised my wife and 10 and fourteen old boys we would be going "somewhere" preferably to use the 3 man dinghy aswell , so i,m easly pleased :D ....just want to book something for the experience . Anywhere will do ..lol..
Rang two places tonight and fully booked .

Thanks again

August bank holiday ..

Kids holidays and bank holidays combined are a nightmare!
I'd go for one of the farm campsites on the main road between Keswick and Windermere as they're rarely full and there's plenty of lakes nearby to choose from

I have saved that site to my favorites, it looks lovely, just the sort of quiet site I like. Have a great time, will be interested to hear all about it when you come back. xx

Nice,,,,,classic camping :D

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
