Thought id share a little kitchencamping gadget that i cannot live without.

Burger Press

This is great for those summer BBQ's either at home or camping. get the kids involved with the mixing off the ingredients and this can be anything you like! within reason i dont suspect a burger with corn flakes is going to be that tasty? but you never know!

Mix it up compress down and hey presto the perfect home made burger!

I not tried pork and apple to be honest.

but google pork and apple burger

Googles great for this stuff! its all trial and error. you dont need the burger press but it makes them more compact so they dont break up so easy which happens more so on the bbq

They were very good thanks, however did break up a bit, think the press would help with that compact them down a bit more! will get one ordered. was cheap pack of mince and got 10 burgers would only normally get 4 for the price of the mince!

I know this is an older post, but those look delish!! BTW try adding a breadcrumbs 9very small amount to the mix. They will hold together better.

Thanks,
