You should get yourself upto the Lakes, must be what, a 3 hour drive? Isn't too bad! Where abouts in the Midlands are you from? I go down to Birmingham every now and again on business and my bro is at Worcester Uni.

Hi and a warm welcome to the forum

I think Bear is entitled to clear off to a hotel for the night after eating slugs and drinking **** out of a snake skin :rofl2:

Remember he still is the youngest Britian to climb Everest, no hotels up there

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...

Hi, thanks for the welcome. :)

Haha, I'm not so sure - I think he's totally bonkers! Well done to him for Everest but I still enjoy the fact he says he was in the SAS and a number of SAS troops, including McNab, came out and said that's a load of horse sh*t...

I prefer watching Ray Mears, that way I know if I'm ever lost at least I can whittle a spoon out of a block of wood! :rofl2:
