Again, many thanks for all your help. I'll get some extra pegs when I buy it, maybe some rock pegs?
I looked at Outdoor World Direct and they don't actually do the 400 dlx, I think I meant Outdoor World, so I can't take advantage of the 15% discount. :(
Wayne, I've seen the video, thanks, and I learnt too. I didn't know to just put through the sleeves, concertina them all and THEN secure them, with out small tent we have now we thread and secure each pole as we go along which always makes it awkward but I didn't realise there was another way of doing it! I'll certainly do it the correct way in future. :oops:
Does anybody know of anywhere in Essex that stocks the 400 dlx? I can only get it online at the moment but I'm a bit wary as if there is anything wrong with it the postage to return it will cripple me!
Thanks again guys for the help, I'm already finding this forum a tad addictive. ;)

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
