What is the most extravagant thing you've cooked?

What is the most extravagant thing you've ever cooked whilst camping, and with what equipment?

I don't necessarily mean price wise but in terms of quantity, effort and time..?

The winner is the best meal cooked on the simplest equipment :)

A chicken stir fry on a Coleman dual fuel stove

It took about 40 minutes including preparation etc with little effort :)

I'm not the most ellaborate when it comes to camp cooking

Jeeze I have enough hassle co-ordinating frying bacon & eggs in a frying pan whilst juggling heating beans in a saucepan on the other ring at the same time as boiling a kettle for a cuppa :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

All-day-Brekkie in a tin is my cheating way at times, but I have been known to throw some tinned food together in the same saucepan - does that count? :rofl2: :rofl2:

Many years ago I used to go to Grand Prix with a friend, we used to live like lords! Every meal was a banquet!

cook much better camping than i do at home

Using the dutch oven have done:-

Chicken and roast potatoes
Leg of lamb in stock and mint sauce
Teriyaki Ribs
Parmesan Bread
Various curries, casseroles etc

Fiddly thing i made was onion bhajis for a meet. Deep fat frying not a great idea while camping
