Update

Friday night is BBQ night weather permitting, and there should be enough space between pitches 76,78 and 80 for us all to sit down and observe Waynes BBQing skills (i want to see all those bright coloured bucket barbies on the go)
As everyone cooks different things at a different pace we decided everyone should cook there own but it was suggested that people bring a bowl for the table (eg i am bringing a bowl of pasta salad)so it is up to you


Andy has got some Chinese lanterns for the little ones to let off and i will be getting some glowy bangly things for em so we need to know how many children will be coming.

On the saturday i am going to be doing a bit of fishing (haven't been this year yet), i will be bringing a couple of small rods so if any of the kids want a go i will set them up and they can have a go.

The Campout meet is at Pillaton Hall Farm on the weekend of September the 10th and all are welcome to join us for the weekend.

It will be a laugh and will give Wayne a chance to nosey through all your gear it also allows us to chat and share ideas and experiences.

If you are interested then pick a pitch number off the map then contact Pillaton Hall Farm to book a pitch and then drop a post on here with your pitch number and i will add you to the map.

Out of interest what time will people be arriving ?

I plan to be there about noon, what time can we get on the pitches.


I was thinking of doing a bit of a treasure hunt round the site for the kids, will have to work out how many there is and maybe split it into two age groups. But make sure everyone is an equal winner (no losers on my watch). Was thinking of going round the site and finding things they have to look for and answer to a question.

How many children will there be, will have to do a visit to the shops for a load of chocolate (or any other suggestions), to give out just before they have there dinner (It wasn't me)

I think we should be with you around Midday. We are travelling up from Cardiff so its about two hours i think.

I am finishing work at 12 (you can get in from midday) so should get there about 12:30 but the kids are at school till 3 so i will travel up and pitch the tent then go back for the OH and the nippers

Will be busy over the next few days as my eldest was admitted into hospital last night but i'm sure we will have time to sort something.
