Ok, my addition is...

Mount Folly Farm in Bigbury On Sea, Devon.

http://bigburyholidays.co.uk/16307.html

The website does not do it justice at all, £5 per person and kids free.

Anyone who knows Bigbury will know the beauty of this unique area with Burgh Island and the beaches/surfing etc.

The facilities are simply toilets and showers for 20p a go. It's rough and ready but the views over the bay are superb and worth more than you pay. Sunset is great from here.

£6 a night, one toilet, one shower, no EHU. A rural retreat for getting away from it all.

Finally, I get to add one I've actually been to (well, I'm actually camped here right now) It's called Top Farm, it's not far from Norwich, on the road to Cromer. It's a bit "caravan-heavy" but they are more than willing to accept tents. Facilities are good, all the usual, but showers are on £1 tokens.

Tents are charged by the person, not by the unit (which is fairer in my book). Tent + first adult is £6 per night, probably the cheapest this close to Norwich, & still close to Cromer as well.

Here's the link.......
http://www.top-farm.info/index.html

Will get some pics tomorrow.......
4 Canvas tents (various sizes)
3 Plastic tents (various sizes)
& 1 Tin tent (yes, I'm a turn-coat, but it has a canvas awning)

Think it should be edited at the very least. Although it's a helpful link, it's off topic, especially as the search facility on that particular site doesn't have a "price" parameter.

I'm off to one for the weekend of the 10th & 11th of December (couple of weeks time) to test out my newly acquired caravan. Here comes the link.....

http://eaglesgarth.webs.com/eaglesgarth.htm

It's called Eagles Garth, it's in the heart of "1066 Country", in East Sussex. I will edit this post once I've been there & discovered what it's like.

EDIT: I went there, it's a very nice site, although quite basic.

Anyone coming on the Feb South East meet will get to see it for themselves.

High Straggleton Farm, Sandsend near Whitby
Any size tent, any amount of people in tent, £10 per night, £12.50 EHU
Toilets, showers, washing up area, sea views, pets welcome. We love it.
They do have a website but I'm not technological enough to post a link.

Thanks for that, sounds great.

I googled it & found a place called High Straggleton Farm, which has a number of static caravans for hire. They do make mention of a camp site, but there's no tariff listed or any details.

There is contact info though, but I thought I'd better not post a link, just in case it was the wrong place.

Yes it's the right place, I just think they don't keep the website updated for the camping bit. which is the most important bit obviously :P

In case you are planning another trip then are few great camping holiday parks in Wales that are offering electric power hook-ups for both campers and tourers, toilet, shower and laundry blocks and access to all leisure facilities for cheap and a 5% discount on online bookings.

Found a great one on Camping Booker, I booked it through this site last year. Beautiful location, very rustic and at the same time basic facilities but it is situated in the Peak District and it is about £8 per night http://www.campingbooker.com/hillsdale-camping. We took the kids and she even let them have horse and donkey rides, nice lady great location!
