Rhys-y-groes camp site

Rhyd-y-groes that should say! We're staying at this site for the weekend. It's £21 a night for our Monty 6, 2 adults, 2 dogs and EHU. I thinks that price is good for that list! We were given a large pitch at no extra cost.

The site is quite near to a road, but the road is fairly quiet and you hear the sheep in the surrounding fields more than the cars.

The owners are friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The site is very well kept, the shower block looks quite new, loos and showers are spotless.

There is a kitchen with a freezer and microwave, which is very handy.

The dog walking field is a lovely walk, and also very clean.

The site is for over 25s only, and is very quiet. No music, shouting etc allowed.

Apart from the wind and rain, and a sheep that is giving me a very funny look, all is lovely!

Also, I think this dog pen might be a bit big eh? Image

It takes up about 1/3 of the living space in the Monty, and we've only got 2 cavaliers! ;-)
