As posted elsewhere, decided to go for the Haven option in Mablethorpe for first weekend in October. Got 2 nights, EHU, extra large pitch for a pup tent, and extra car for 6 of us, all for £21.60. Bargain.

Nope, never took it out of the box. But, the salesperson said this tent was super easy to set up; even in windy conditions...
