Quick easy Brekkie

when we were away this summer, we found ourselves arriving late in the evening, and with only a very small site shop to supply us with some form of breakfast my wife came up with the following.

(Now we would normally use toast but the bread on offer was just awfull! and you dont have a giant tesco just round the corner as you would in the UK lol)

she made scrambled eggs and filled hot toasted buttered croissants really simple idea and im sure some of you have done this but i loved it! and continued to have over the duration of our trip! :D

If the bread is bad try the rolls.. we often find the rolls to be better in europe than the bread
