We purchased the Tigris as a weekend tent for a family of 5 and for a large tent I find it easy to put up and take down, my one niggle is that the inners need to come down and be packed in a separate section of the bag which means the tent takes a little longer to erect. I would have rather pitched as one and a single bag to take the whole tent.
One of the doors has a mesh cover with a rain porch over, but the second door does not have the rain porch or mesh door.
One set of bedrooms can be converted into a single large bedroom, whilst the other pair are separate bedrooms and can be fitted separately or together (so you can have three bedrooms and a larger living area rather than the fourth bedroom.
We don't have the porch for our Tigris but I can imagine it makes a great addition to the tent. We set our cooking area up in front of the second door without the rain porch, then when we cook we use the enclosed poles to make a canopy. Even with the kitchen in the main tent there is still ample room for a family of five.
The fibreglass poles seem of good quality and the TBS (Tension band system) is a reassuring supplement for combating the wind and bad weather.
For the money I would say a tent this size that can hold up to 8 people is a pretty good buy.
