We bought our Royal Havana 6 from this shop on line nearly a year ago. We had quick delivery and were pleased with the service at the time and were very happy with our tent last year. This year however the first time we took the tent out a number of the poles bent and as the tent was still under warranty we contacted the retailer. I am writing this review because I am so impressed with their excellent service. The shop contacted the manufacturer and arranged replacement parts without any quibble. The service was friendly and efficient and all their promises were fulfilled to the letter. I would highly recommend this retailer. Thank you again for your excellent service .
