This is a great shop, massive floor space with a huge indoor display of tents and awnings available all year round. It is staffed by people who know what they are talking about and are happy to answer any questions.
We bought our tent here and thought it might have a defect or we hadn't pitched it correctly. They took it back and pitched it themselves, next day called us to confirm it was faulty and a replacement had been put aside for us to collect at our convenience.
This is the way a shop should be run.
