staff strategically placed in store so easy to get advice and help, without them coming over and interrupting. great prices and stock to give plenty of ideas and things that may have been forgotten - and plenty of bargains, with lists of what will be coming up in the next few weeks so you can choose to wait for the reduction before purchasing something expensive - will definitely be going back (many times) as I can't resist a bargain and like seeing what's new on the shelves
